ROBERTA E. NALBANDIAN was admitted to the California State Bar in 1983, after graduating from McGeorge School of Law, University of Pacific. Ms. Nalbandian received her Bachelor of Liberal Arts from St. John’s College, Annapolis, Maryland.

Ms. Nalbandian has specialized in complex insurance defense civil litigation primarily in the San Francisco Bay Area, San Joaquin Valley and surrounding Counties. Ms. Nalbandian’s litigation experience includes personal injury {GL), products liability, premise liability, construction defect, subrogation, and various insurance related matters, including insurance coverage. In addition, Ms. Nalbandian has extensive plaintiff and defense litigation experience in construction law, delay claims, landslide, real estate, and business litigation, representing individuals, businesses and public entities. Ms. Nalbandian’s experience as Staff Counsel for Zurich Insurance and Safeco American States highlights her case management skills developing targeted case management plans, with meaningful communication with her clients, and economic management, to achieve favorable resolution whether through mediation, arbitration or trial.

Ms. Nalbandian has submitted several appellate briefs, and has successfully argued before First District Court of Appeal.

Ms. Nalbandian is admitted to practice before all the Courts of the State of California, as well as the United District Court for the Northern District of California, United District Court for the Eastern District of California, and United District Court for the Central District of California.
