Roberta E. Nalbandian
ROBERTA E. NALBANDIAN was admitted to the California State Bar after graduating from McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific. Ms. Nalbandian received her Bachelor of Liberal Arts from St. John’s College, Annapolis, Maryland.
Ms. Nalbandian specializes in diverse complex litigation primarily in the San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento, San Joaquin Valley and surrounding counties. Her litigation experience includes the areas of personal injury, products liability, premise liability, public entity liability, construction defect, False Claims Act, delay claims, landslide, real estate, business torts, and various insurance related matters.
Ms. Nalbandian’s experience as Staff Counsel for Zurich Insurance and Safeco American States highlights her case management skills developing strategic and economic case management and meaningful communication with her clients to achieve favorable resolution through mediation, arbitration or trial.
Such experience includes eDiscovery, utilization of multiple eDiscovery platforms, and development of user-friendly document and case data management.
Ms. Nalbandian has submitted several appellate briefs and has successfully argued before First District Court of Appeal.
Ms. Nalbandian is admitted to practice before all the Courts of the State of California, the United District Court for the Northern District of California, United District Court for the Eastern District of California, and United District Court for the Central District of California.
