Mark G. Intrieri
MARK G. INTRIERI was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1984 after graduating cum laude from the University of Santa Clara in 1981. He next obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Santa Clara School of Law in 1984, where he received the American Jurisprudence Award in the subject of labor law.
Mr. Intrieri is a principal and co-founder of Chapman & Intrieri, LLP,. In 2004, he was recognized by his peers as one of the top 100 lawyers in Northern California and has been annually elected from 2004 to the present as a Northern California “Super Lawyer” in the area of civil litigation. He has also been selected as one of “America’s Top 100 Civil Defense Litigators.”
Since 1984, Mr. Intrieri has specialized in civil litigation and trial work in product liability, employment, business, construction, public entity and intellectual property litigation. He also has extensive experience in education and labor law for public entities, including conducting labor negotiations, contract administration, grievance arbitrations and administrative hearings. Mr. Intrieri represents both private clients and public entities in complex business and real estate matters, and general civil litigation. Other areas in which he is experienced include personal injury defense, eminent domain, construction disputes, trademark infringement, complex toxic tort litigation and State and Government Code false claims Act cases.
Mr. Intrieri is admitted to all courts of the State of California, including the United States Federal Court, Northern District, Southern District, Central District, Eastern District and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals as well as the United States Supreme Court. He has developed an extensive appellate practice before the State Appellate Courts and is a member of the Northern California Association of Defense Counsel, the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Empire Who’s Who Registry of Executives and Professionals and the California School Boards Association.
Mr. Intrieri served 12 years on the Burlingame Elementary School District Board of Education from 2007-2019. He currently serves as a member of the Burlingame Elementary School District Board of Trustees and volunteers his time coaching youth baseball, football and soccer in his community. He resides in Burlingame with his wife Katie and their four children.
