Jessica A. Fakhimi

JESSICA A. FAKHIMI was admitted to the State Bar of California in December of 1996 and the State Bar of Nevada in October of 1998. She graduated from San Diego State University in 1992 after earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business with a minor in economics. Ms. Fakhimi was on the Dean’s List and tutored students in economics who had learning disabilities. She received her Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1996 and is admitted to practice law before all courts of the State of California, all the courts of the State of Nevada, and in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.

Since 1996, Ms. Fakhimi has specialized in civil litigation with an emphasis in insurance defense. She has practiced in the areas of personal injury, products liability, construction defect, medical malpractice, discrimination under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and employment litigation, including medical staff privileges cases. Ms. Fakhimi has submitted two successful briefs to the Court of Appeals and has represented clients at mediation on many occasions. She continues to practice in the area of personal injury, product liability, ADA and employment litigation.
